What Adults Need To Know
Many adults are learning, for the first time, that they have Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD). They find themselves living a life of confusion, overwhelming feelings, and struggling to complete the simplest tasks each day with little or no satisfaction.
Coaching Builds Life-Long Strategies is a 6-week workshop, presented by an adult with ADHD, that promises to teach you something you don’t already know. It focuses on the cognitive, behavioral, and emotional issues and concerns that affect adults on a daily basis. The primary focus of the workshop is to educate you first, while teaching you about your thought process and what strategies work best for you. You will develop structures to get you places on time, complete a task without procrastinating, and learn to successfully manage your time. Then, you will see and feel your self-esteem and communication skills improve.
